Not only the experts are aware that the size of a showerhead influences the shower experience. With a larger showerhead, the water spray covers the whole body, which is perceived by most as a pleasant sensation. In order to achieve this effect in conventional shower systems that are not permanently fixed in place, it was necessary to combine the generous stream of a rain-type showerhead with the flexibility of a handheld shower. This is why Raindance has a large-diameter head on a relatively small handle, which was shortened substantially in order to make it more manoeuvrable. The reversal of the customary proportions not only created a new product type; it also made it possible to experience the above-mentioned relaxation effect even in smaller showers. The Raindance showerhead comes in a rounded and a flatter discus version. Raindance is inserted into the Allrounder pivoting shower pole right at the head and not at the handle as in conventional systems, so that showerhead and pole form a single unit that can be moved with just one hand and infinitely adjusted into any position. In the Air system that is today integrated into all Raindance showerheads, some 100 litres of air are drawn in per minute and mixed in withthe water. The softer water droplets that result rain down onto the body  out of 180 openings.
